Arsenal confirmed that Jack Wilshere has returned to the club in a training capacity earlier this month. While he’s training with the Gunners first team, Jack Wilshere will also do his coaching badges at the club as he looks to the future beyond his career as a professional footballer.

Jack Wilshere is a product of the Arsenal Academy and first team manager Mikel Arteta is delighted to have himaround the club as revealed by the Spaniard in one of his recent press conferences. Arsenal manager Mikel Artetais certain that Wilshere would be a big influence on the young players at the club.

Wilshere was given his Arsenal debut by former manager Arsene Wenger as a 16-year-old in 2008 and he was able to establish himself in the first team. The midfielder sealed a place in the Arsenal first team in his debut season as a professional footballer. Injuries prevented Wilshere from showing his numerous qualities for the Gunners on a consistent basis.

Jack Wilshere left Arsenal when Frenchman Wenger stepped down from his role as the Gunners manager in 2018. The Englishman left the club after a lengthy discussion with Spaniard UnaiEmery who replaced Wenger as the Arsenal boss.

Fellow London club West Ham United snapped up Wilshere on a free transfer at the end of his Arsenal contract. He signed a three-year deal with the Hammers but injuries restricted his time on the pitch. His West Ham United contract was cancelledat the start of last season when it had one year left thus paving the way for him to join Bournemouth later in the season as a free agent.
