When you’re the manager of a football team, you know how hard it is to properly motivate your players and how difficult it can be to keep the ball rolling. Not only that, but you have to worry about people snatching your good players up, you have to constantly come up with game winning plays and every single one of your players has a personal life that comes into play as well.

This winter, the Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has struggled to prove that he has what it takes. This sent him scrambling back to the drawing board to figure out what went wrong and how he can improve for the next season. However, all doesn’t seem lost as they scored a 2-0 win over Everton and with this win, Wenger believes he has found a formula for success.

It’s not all been Plain Sailing – one of the biggest mistakes Arsenal made this season was not signing a single outfield player. Arsenal has been coming up short in that regard, so this probably shouldn’t be a mistake that’s made again if Wenger wants to retain his successful track record.
